Hyderabad: Nitin Gadkari inaugurates 12 National Highway projects worth Rs 8000 cr & 7 CRIF Projects

The National Highway projects having of a total length of 460 kms, will boost the inter-state connectivity by enabling seamless travel from Telangana to Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Hyderabad, April 29: Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari inaugurated a total of 12 National Highway Projects of total length of 460 kms worth Rs 8000 crore, on Friday in Hyderabad, Telangana.

He also inaugurated 7 CRIF Projects in Hyderabad in the presence of Union Minister Shri G Kishan Reddy, MoS Gen V. K. Singh, Shri Vemula Prashanth Reddy, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and dignitaries.
 
 
The National Highway projects having of a total length of 460 kms, with an investment of Rs 8,000 crore, will boost the inter-state connectivity by enabling seamless travel from Telangana to Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The fast paced Highway development will boost trade and commerce in the region and create sustainable employment opportunities for the youth.

Under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, the network of state of art and safe National Highways built will have transformational impact on the socio-economic prosperity of the people in Hyderabad and Telangana.

These highways will be built under PM Gati Shakti Master Plan which aims to provide multi-modal connectivity & integrated and seamless connectivity for movement of people, goods and services. It will facilitate the last mile connectivity of infrastructure and also reduce travel time.
