Rajpath Infracon: MP Navneet Rana visits Akola-Amravati highway; Details inside-

Akola, June 3: Amravati MP Navneet Rana visited the site of the project on Amravati and Akola stretch of the National Highway No. 6. Here, Rana inspected the site and interacted with Jagdish Kadam, the managing of Rajpath Infracon, a Pune-based infra giant.

"We are attempting to construct the 75 km single lane in record time, amidst the ongiong Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav, with the Prime Minister celebrating it on large scale and we too, are now a part of this grand celebration," said Kadam.
 
 
Rana showered in huge praises for the efforts put in by the company. Kadam further went on to explain more details about this project.

This project will be in compliance with the Guinness World Records guidelines, as well as the mandates laid down by the NHAI, as a part of the contract under which this project falls.

With this, the company aims to break the existing world record of 25.275 km recorded earlier achieved in Doha, Qatar by the Public Works Authority – Ashgha. After achieving the feat, Rajpath Infracon Pvt. Ltd. will become the first-ever Indian infrastructure company to get registered in Guinness Book of World Records in this internationally important segment of road construction. 

Rajpath Infracon has decided to dedicate this achievement to the Azadi@75 celebrating the 75th anniversary of Indian Independence. On the lines of “Gati-Shakti” project launched by the PM Narendra Modi under the dynamic leadership of Surface Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, the project aims to achieve integrated & seamless multi-modal connectivity for the movement of people, goods and services across the country.
