Indian Railways saves a passenger's life by providing timely medical assistance; Know how-

New Delhi, July 2: There have been countless instances where the Indian Railways has provided efficient assistance to passengers in need. Recently, one such incident took place where the Indian Railways successfully provided the required medical assistant to a passenger's mother.
Such examples show how responsible the Railway Ministry is towards its passengers and how efficienctly it responds to medical emergnecies.
A passenger named Luv Kaushik thanked the Indian Railway Ministry through a tweet which said, "@RailMinIndia Thank you for your assistance the doctor was on time here, my heartily thanks and regards to the team and our respective ministry of railways for this facility."
In an earlier tweet, he had informed the Ministry that his mother was sick and in urgent need of medical care. He also mentioned the details of train and his personal contact. The Ministry was able to successfully provide a doctor to the patient and saved her life.
The ministry said in respose to his tweet, "Thank you, @LuvKaushik17 We are glad to know that your mother is now doing well. Indian Railways is committed to provide a comfortable & safe journey to its passengers."
In another such incidence, a passenger Anand Pareek thanked the Mininstry saying that when contacted, the doctor arrived soon to check on his mother and also gave her some tablets which stabilized her health.
