Frequency of Champaran Satyagraha Express increased to Bi-weekly

New Delhi, September 11: The Champaran Satyagraha Express was flagged off by Darshana Jardosh, Minister of State for Railways and Textiles, via video conference on September 10.

The train will run with increased frequency, going from weekly to bi-weekly. A program was also organized at the Bapudham Motihari station where the MP and Chairman of Railway Standing Committee, Radha Mohan Singh also flagged off this train.
 

Train No. 05595, Bapudham Motihari - Anand Vihar Terminus Champaran Satyagraha Express is running as inaugural special. It departed at 15.00 hrs via Sagauli, Bettiah, Narkatiaganj, Harinagar, Bagaha, Paniyahwa, Kaptanganj, Gorakhpur.

It reached Anand Vihar Terminus at 12.15 hrs today.

Now, Train No. 14010 Anand Vihar Terminus – Bapudham Motihari Champaran Satyagraha Express will leave Anand Vihar at 23.45 hrs every Saturday and Monday and reach Bapudham Motihari at 18.45 hrs the next day.
The people of the area would definitely benefit by the increase in frequency of the Champaran Satyagraha as the connectivity with Delhi will improve.
